Join the DC Sustainable Collective and Remake for a special film screening of “Made in Mexico” (2019), a short film featuring Remake’s Founder, Ayesha Barenblat, fashion activist Amanda Hearst and students from California College of the Arts, Parsons School of Design, and Duke University. Follow along as they meet Olivia, Veronica, and Reina, the fierce women makers behind our Made In Mexico fast fashion labels.

This screening will be followed by a Live Q&A between Sajida Silva (Design Student and “Made in Mexico” participant,) Allie Gardner (Business Developement Manager at GoodWeave and board member of the DCSFC), Victoria Ma (Remake DC Community Organizer) and Joelle Firzli (FR Country Coordinator and co-founder of the DCSFC and Tribute ). The discussion will be moderated by Riza Jariol (Remake DC Community Organizer).
