Barbara Platts is a freelance writer, editor, and social media producer who has a passion for nature and finding the best ways to preserve it. She’s also passionate about women's rights and is on the board of two nonprofits, Marshall Direct Fund and Action for Afghan Women, that promote education for girls and women in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
