Nestled in the Indian Himalayas rests a village: Supi. This village is special—it’s filled of incredible women who handcraft items for Ann Taylor and LOFT. Each piece they create provides a means to a better future for them and their families. Our goal from this visit was to meet the incredible women in this artisan community and tell their story. True, powerful investments have been made for their health, wellbeing, and skills through the Village Way Charitable Trust.

The women’s hard work and resilience touched our hearts. We witnessed first hand the love and care that’s put into weaving, stitching, and creating each item. We are honored to have met each and every woman and are grateful for the opportunity to share their story.

Join us in spreading the word and amplifying the stories of the resilient women who make our fashion.
